We enjoyed our 2 week stay in Paris. The apartment had everything we needed to make us feel at home. Having a separate bedroom and living room was great. The location was very close to two metro stations making site seeing easy. Plenty of restaurants close by.

Felt like we were in old Paris. Nice decor. Many good restaurants and shops nearby. Trendy with lots of young professionals. The stairs are very steep and winding but only 2 flights. Wish we had some paper towels and laundry pods to start. Host was great, showed us everything and how to work things. Had a great 4 days!

This was a terrific apartment with a lovely living/dining area and a great kitchen space. The instructions and reception went flawlessly and our stay was without issue. The apartment was clean and quiet and well appointed. 100% would stay again.

Great location… and yet very quiet

The apartment was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfy bed. Air conditioning was great. Our host met us and gave a comprehensive and gracious welcome. The apartment was a bit cluttered with extra furniture which made finding space for our things a bit challenging, but it was quite spacious overall. There was a miscommunication on check in, but when it was resolved everything worked perfectly. If you are looking to stay in the Marais area, this apartment is a great option. We would stay here again. The stairs didnt worry us, but wouldnt recommend for those with mobility issues.

Apartments in Paris are famously small, so our place is probably typical. The layout includes a separate bathroom and toilet room, which helps. Landlord was gracious and helpful. Location was ideal, a short, walk to the subway station on the main tourist line, restaurants, and cafés all over the place. Should we ever return? I would like to stay there again.

This is a wonderful apartment in the heart of Marais. Great location, close to everything and the apartment was well appointed and provided plenty of space to rest and recover after walking the streets of Paris. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property and our hosts were wonderful. The apartment is cozy but equipped with modernities to make life simple. It has easy access, but is up a flight of spiral stairs, so be ready for that. A minor point that does not detract from the experience and in some ways enhances it as it is from ages past. The area couldn't be more welcoming -- the Marais has become a center for shopping both at high end and local stores, and there are some amazing local restaurants around. our hosts provided wonderful recommendations and we truly enjoyed ourselves for our 10 day stay. If this is available for our next trip we definitely will stay again, and we have already been telling our friends about it for their trips.

The apartment has a nice size separate bedroom and living room. The living room had a desk and dining table for our use. The toilet and shower room are separate. The shower has a full size bathtub, washer/dryer machine, and heated towel rail. The kitchen was small, like only suitable for 1 person to stand in, but had all amenities. The living room window overlooks the narrow mostly pedestrian streets below. It's charming to hear the busy sounds of people below with the window open but don't worry the double pane window blocks sound almost completely when closed. Cars are permitted but not common on the single lane road. Opening the living room window and an interior courtyard window let fresh air flow nicely. The living room was a comfortable size with a desk and dining table. TV and stereo system too but we didn't use them. There is both heating and AC but we didn't use those either as the weather was perfect in mid October. This 1700s era apartment is accessed by a narrow steep 2 story circular staircase, so maybe trouble if you have mobility issues, but otherwise this is a perfect location for a couple.

Apartment was perfect. Location was great. Just wonder around and you find all kinds of places. Yes, there are a few stairs, so do not be surprised. Hope to make it back to Paris and this will be our go to place.

I like to stay in homey spaces that give a taste of what it's like to live in the place I'm visiting. My husband, daughter and I spent 5 lovely days exploring Paris with this cozy space as our base. It was perfect for a short stay -- fabulous location in a lively neighborhood close to shops, restaurants and the Metro. The kitchen has everything necessary for coffee in the morning and a simple dinner in the evening. The bedroom is quiet and dark so I slept well. The host was responsive without being intrusive and the directions were clear. I'd gladly stay there again in a heartbeat. One caveat: the building is old, and the winding staircase to the second floor doesn't conform to modern standards. Hauling my suitcase up was a bit daunting. However, after one or two trips up and down, I got the hang of it, and it wasn't a problem for me or for my family.

A wonderful stay in Paris!

Overall the apartment is serviceable and in a great location. Neighborhood is safe and multiple metro stations within walking distance. We did have an issue with loud neighbors throughout the night on weekend evenings. The host was communicative although check in was slightly confusing so make sure to check in ahead of time. The one hang up I had, was that the apartment could have been cleaner. I Totally understand the apartment is old but the bathroom and kitchen had odd smells. I’m a bit sensitive so it might not bother you. Again, I’m used to US cleanliness standards and suspect it might be slightly different here.

The apartment and location in Paris was lovely. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were extremely helpful in answering our questions. A lot of superb places to shop and eat. 5 star apartment and highly recommend!

Very safe and quiet location, close to everything. We can easily walk to the train, metro, St Chapelle, every location we want. The apartment has everything, kitchen, bathroom,dishwasher are fully equipped! Check in is fast.Will stay here again next time!

This apartment is in a perfect location and has everything you would need for a few days stay in Paris. I can definitely recommend it as long as you do not have mobility issues. As other reviews mentioned, there is a staircase leading up to the second floor. It is pretty steep and has no handrail. It was not a problem for us at all (two adults, one teenager and one child), but I see older folks possibly having issues. I also want to add that despite having central location, it is still quite and we slept well. We would love to stay there next time we are in Paris!
