Apartment located on the 2nd floor with elevator of an old seaside hotel completely renovated, calm, very bright, facing south, view overlooking the interior garden, electric shutters, parquet floors in all rooms. Two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and separate wc adjacent to one of the bedrooms. Possibility 6 beds (convertible sofa). Possibility of parking in the residence (space not guaranteed).

Equipment :

Equipped kitchen (hob, fridge, combi oven, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, classic coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster), washing machine and dryer, hairdryer, TV and DVD player, speaker bluetooth.
Bed and bathroom linen provided against payment of rental costs of 45 euros (price calculated on the basis of a double bed and two single beds).
