Charming and comfy 2BR unit. Just 8 miles from NYC

Everything was excellent and the patio was definitely the best part of the stay lol. Will definitely look to stay again if needed and will recommend to anyone staying in Newark.

Very convenient to transportation. Easy walk to Prudential Centre, and train station. Apartment was perfect for me and my buddies for a great sports weekend. Everything as advertised. Easy access with clear instructions offered.

Definitely not handicap accessible no mention of the staircase to get to apartment on listing!!! Was traveling with my 78 year old mother she is not handicap but can’t do stairs we got to the property and very tall steep stairs not to mention getting our luggage up there!! Apartment was very clean other than the bathroom smelled like cat irine ( probably due to the water stained stained ceiling tiles)!! Furniture in living area very little and very uncomfortable. Nice balcony seating area off the back was nice to be able to sit outside. Good location for gatting into the city!! Communication with host was okay we did have a few questions that did get answered but not in a timely manner!! Overall not horrible but I think the listing details could have been better!! Also listing says checkout is 11 am and the host said 10 am.

We stayed 8 days in Newark to visit NYC. We were 3 minutes from the station and 25 minutes from the WTC. The apartment is clean and spacious for 4 people. The hosts are responsive and answer all questions. There are stores to buy everything you need. We recommend this apartment and NYC is truly an incredible city.

The stay was awesome…just 2 min walk from Penn Station and overall 30-40 min away from NYC via path. The apartment itself is very comfortable and the host is very responsive. Paid parking garages are available just at a min walk. Had a great experience overall…thanks Maite!

The place was at a very good location, literally a minute walk to the subway to New York! The place was very clean as well!

Great Location.

This is the perfect location for anybody visiting NYC and surrounding areas. 2 minute walk to Penn Station, great restaurants downstairs. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything worked as expected and it was a very nice stay! The bedroom is a bit of an odd shotgun style configuration which would be good for a family but a bit odd for me an my two business partners but we made it work ok. It was very clean, everything worked, and the location is amazing for people wanting to explore NYC. It is a block to Penn Station with a $5 express train to Madison Square Garden. You can walk out your door and be in downtown NYC in under 30 minutes. Overall, very good and highly recommended!

This apartment is comfy and cozy, very welcoming. It's incredibly clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Located just on the edge of The Ironbound, it's a convenient walk to many great restaurants and amenities. I think we managed to get food from every restaurant on the block. We had a small issue at check-in, and Maite reacted immediately to remedy it for us. She is one of the best hosts I've rented from!
