Located on the Left Bank of the Seine river in the heart of Paris, this property is in the ideal central location for exploring the cultural riches the French capital has to offer.

Beautifully designed on the 2nd floor of a haussmanian building, this apartment faces the famous “Champ de Mars” gardens, one of the symbols of the 7th arrondissement.

With a large surface of 108 square meters & 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 persons comfortably.

The entrance hall serves the master bathroom first on your right. Spacious & extremely modern, it features a large Italian shower and a beautiful bathtub.
Plenty of drawers are available under the sink, which means plenty of storage for your belongings.

When continuing through the entrance hall, you will find the SEPARATE and ONLY toilet on your right and a laundry room right next door to it with a washer & dryer available.

Moving on will lead you to the bright living room welcoming plenty of light thanks to its large windows overlooking the “Avenue de la Bourdonnais”.

A dining area is available with, on your left, a table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy a delicious meal with your family.

On the right is the sitting area with a grey couch facing a large flat screen TV and a comfortable blue leather armchair.
The floor is covered with antique typical French wood parquet which gives the rooms a traditional appearance as opposed to the contemporary style chosen for the kitchen and bathrooms.

The ultramodern kitchen is a mix of surfaces including white lacquer units, stainless steel and marble benches. Its entire look is neat and very impressive.
Not only does it offer a lot of storage, but it also has the full equipment a cuisine chef would need.
A kitchen table has also been thought for grabbing a quick breakfast before a long day of sightseeing.

If we get back to the entrance hall and take left, we will enter the sleeping area where the 3 bedrooms are situated.

The master bedroom is the first one on your right. It preserves the wooden charm with its tree trunk designed bedside tables and its wooden bed slat.
This bedroom also has its own television hanged on the wall facing the bed.

Continuing down the hallway will lead you to the second bedroom much more modern with a black and white wallpaper style.

Finally, the third bedroom was designed for younger minds with a fruit colorful style but will accommodate a couple comfortably.

Right next to the third bedroom is the second bathroom with a sink and a modern shower.

All bedrooms have a French queen bed (160 cm wide). They all overlook the courtyard which keeps them away from the main Avenue where the building entrance is situated.

    This apartment has everything! We had 4 adults: a couple and 2 singles. We were concerned about having only one toilet, however, it was not a big deal for us.There are many grocery stores, restaurants and of course the Eiffel Tower nearby. The communication was thorough. There were meaningful touches throughout the process: a link to hire an airport chauffeur service at a discount and a welcome basket in the kitchen, for example.There is plenty of room in all 3 bedrooms, only 2 bedrooms have drawers and none of them have closets in the room. The hallway with the closets is skinny and the shower/sink combo is skinny, too. The shower/bath/sink combo is huge.The temperature outside was around 79 degrees and the rooms were around 72 degrees. Thankfully, fans are provided to help with air movement and there are rolladens on the windows to keep the warm air out.The kitchen is well appointed and the balcony seats 2 at a bistro table. We were grateful to have instructions on how to use the clothes washer & dryer.The apartment is exactly what we wanted for a week in Paris.

    If you want to be near the Eiffel Tower this is a great place. Apartment felt spacious and clean. Communication with hosts was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

    This flat was perfect for our family vacation. The spacious living and bedrooms made for a very comfortable stay. The location was ideal for us staying only one block away from the Eiffel Tower. Every night we would watch the top of the tower glow and sparkle from the balcony. We would definitely book this place again on our next visit to Paris!

    This flat has completely been updated - has all the amenities of a new place. Having access to a washer and dryer were a big plus! And the beds were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet in the evenings and location perfect!

    We had four people in the VRBO. It was advertised for 6 people. There was only one toilet in the entire apartment. It was hot. Only fans in the bedroom not in the living room. Front living room was extremely noisy from the busy street and restaurants below made the house smell like a restaurant.

    This was the perfect place to stay for our family's first visit to Paris. We had 3 couples and were very comfortable with plenty of space. The balcony of our apartment may have been my favorite place in the city. We had coffee and croissants in the morning watching the shopkeepers get ready for the day and we watched the Eiffel Tower light up there every night. Markets, bakeries, restaurants right below and easy walks to Trocadero, Arc de Triumph, and the Champ de Elysee. Great service as well by the property management team, who brought us an extra fan within a few hours of asking.
