Stayed Oct 20, 2025If location to Old City is your priority, this is the perfect place. We loved the view, particularly of the Ben Franklin Bridge, and the ability to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We were able to park at the nearby AutoPark at Old City garage where the attendants are fabulous. There are restaurants a-plenty nearby. We were not pleased, however, to find excessively stained bedroom carpets that caused us to question the cleanliness of the rest of the place. The moldy air vent in one of the bedrooms didn't help either. We were provided only 4 towels for 3 people for 5 days, with washcloths that were literally threadbare. There were plenty of coffee cups, but only one drinking glass. One! The sliding door didn't fully close so it was drafty. Nor would that door lock. I really, really wanted to love this place. My husband, my elderly dad and I have planned this trip for a year, so it meant a lot be there. So, again... location is the high-point of this place. The rest needs some attention and tender loving care.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025The apartment is in a wonderful location in the Old City, very convenient to all the historical sites -- and the host responded promptly to our communications. The apartment itself has a great deal of potential, but it is currently in need of a lot of TLC, e.g., plumbing issues, need for newer towels and carpet, more glassware and silverware, etc.

Stayed Sep 17, 2025Loved this unit but the owner needs to spring for better linens. If you need everything new this is not for you. Great view of the Delaware River. High ceilings, great wood floors, you can feel the history which is why I chose it. We had six people staying here and were given 4 towels for 2 days. I called the owner repeatedly and was told they would drop them off and nothing happened. The carpet is very worn in the bedrooms and the linen for the sofa bed was inadequate and torn. The cleaners who came in right at 10 when we were leaving were exceptionally nice!

Stayed Aug 13, 2025Be sure to know the front door code to enter the building. That is a seperate number then the front door of apartment. We were greeted with several window and self standing air units to cool the apartment down which did the job just very loud! Perfect location for sight seeing and some great little walk able restaurants! Above all the experience for this apartment was great! Just needs a bit of TLC for the walls and carpet in areas! Very clean and provided shampoo and soaps along with dish washer tabs!! Parking not provider but there is a lot right at the next block and very convient and the attendants were great with us!! Highly recommend!!! The Host was curtious with me and my questions and responded frequently!
