- Events & Parties: No events or parties are allowed without prior approval.

    The Cozy 2 bedroom apartment was clean and inviting. There are stairs, but not to many. The Host was very quick to return my request, even the same day rental. The only suggestion I would give, would be a more cozy couch to watch TV. Otherwise it was good.

    The apartment is very nice. From the exposed brick and air ducts, the large bathroom with washer and dryer, to the 2 spacious bedrooms, the apartment was perfect for our needs!It was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen is equipped with just enough utensils and plates, ect. that made our stay convenient.

    Great loft in a lively downtown atmosphere. The only suggestion would be to have darkening shades and or darkening curtains in the bedrooms with windows. Lots of natural lighting throughout the loft. So having the flexibility to close blinds, etc. would be nice. Would recommend this loft! Manager was timely and reached out. Fantastic location with The Chocolate Bar, Archives Bar, and Big Red Treats all within a short walking distance.
