Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include a large courtyard, central air, pool table, shuffleboard, and close to all of the best restaurants and shopping. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and noise decibel measuring device inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).
**We offer parking passes for the on-site lot behind the building. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $30 per night, $150 per week, and $300 per month.

Property listed as non-pet friendly but we may make exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.
