Charming 1BR w/ Pool – Beachside Bliss for Two!

Great spot. All as written. Clean and neat. Well situated for morning walk to the beach and access to restaurants etc. easy to get to

Absolutely thrilled with our stay! Walk to the beach was less than five minutes. Watched a few rocket launches from the beach and even from the balcony. Hosts were incredibly responsive/efficient and we all felt at home immediately upon entering the upstairs unit. Unit: well furnished/great beach decor, comfortable bed and pull out couch. Kitchen had all we needed utensil/cookware etc. Blender made great smoothies for the kiddos and good size fridge /freezer. Pool was nice and cool the way we like it, pool vacuum did its job and the shallow end was a game changer for us and our 3.5 and 6 year old. Parents could float while kids enjoyed playing in the toddler area. Secure fences for peace of mind and easy access to washer / dryer / supplies. Erin was friendly, had great suggestions and Winston (adorably polite pup) was a hit with all of us. The question we had after our stay wasn’t, would we come back? It was when are we coming back and which unit should we choose next time?!!? Def will book again and debated switching to the option with more bedrooms only so we had a second bedrooms. As mentioned b4, pullout couch super comfy and worked so no complaints. Unit was spacious and we absolutely loved our stay. Thanks guys!!!

This property has a TV but doesn’t come with TV service. You can log into YOUR AT&T account, if you have one. We bought an inexpensive Roku at the store and problem solved. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Tastefully decorated, clean 1bed maybe 2 blocks from the beach. Host was very communicative and great to work with. Nice pool and pool area included. Washer, dryer and grill. The unit was second floor which I was not aware when booking, or I would not have managed the stairs. Rough neighbors with sort of a run-down apartment - police were there often but I felt safe! There was a mattress by the entryway which felt tacky to me. Shower curtain kept falling down but we rigged it back up.

Just moved to Florida and stayed here for a month. It is a nice place, my wife and I enjoyed it very much. We brought our dog and she had a great time as well.

We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. Close to the beach and other locations we were interested in. Property was clean.

We booked this vacation for rest and visiting with lifelong friends traveling in from MD. Sadly, our trip lasted approx 36 hours when we were forced to leave. Instead of 7 nights as we intended/paid for; we left less than 36 hrs after checking in at 3:45pm 4/2/22 and leaving 7am, 4/4/22. The first night was brutal and the bed horrendous, the floodlights on the exterior home just behind this cottage continued to go off/on ALL NIGHT LONG, piercing thru the window and right into the bed, which faces the window. Why not close the blinds/curtains? There are no wands on the blinds, as they’ve been broken off and there are NO CURTAINS to offer any further darkening options. Advertised as a pillow top mattress, which is NOT a pillow top but a cheap mattress with zero support, with sinking to the middle. Our first night we experienced an awful night with zero sleep. To mitigate ongoing sleep deprivation, we removed (2) of the (3) toppers, with the disgusting egg crate foam and the memory foam toppers, hoping that Sun night would bring relaxation, think again. It was basically laying on a box spring at that point and it was worthless trying to find a happy medium; and let’s not forget that the small lizards would again set off the floodlights. My spouse has had 4 lumbar surgeries and when we mentioned the uncomfortable bed to the owner, along with the flood lights going off all night long, his response was “well your spouse should not have done her back surgery recovery without checking with us about the bed first.” Seriously, photos speak volumes. Mindful, her last surgery was in the summer of 2021, so it was not a recovery choice, but that speaks to his (Bryan’s) character or there lack of, as it relates to the customer. My spouse was in debilitating pain for days because of this stay. We reached out to Bryan at 7am 4/4/22 several times, as did VRBO without any form of response, until we were out of the area, which was 2pm. We are hard-working professional adults, who have traveled the World. Hilton Honor Members and have used VRBO in the past; and without incident. When he blamed “US” for his issues, we told him that our review would be factual since he refused to take any responsibility. Bryan’s response, “well I will write a negative review about you.” This man doesn’t know us from Adam.We were neither rude or indignant, but as you read prior reviews – his responses lack the appropriate customer service skills for hospitality.

This was a wonderful 2 weeks with our dog. There were 2 other units in this complex and both of them had dogs as well. The dogs got to play while we got to relax before returning to the cold. Location was great.

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice little place . We had a few issues that the owner did her best to rectify.
