Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited outside, and there is an above-ground parking space under a carport.

There is no charging point for hybrid or electric vehicles. Do not plug anything in. Sheets and towels are not included (please request them when booking). Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies). A check-out inventory will be conducted with the agency, and the security deposit will be returned if everything is in order. If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary check-out inventory will be carried out. The security deposit will be canceled or returned after the keys are received.
