Charming 1-bedroom apartment with fitness room, WiFi in vibrant Cleveland

Everything about the actual property itself was perfectly as described. It was the most budget option that we could find for our weekend stay and accommodated all of our needs. The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious. The drawback was the building it self seemed a bit run down- especially the elevator and lobby area. In addition to that we were stopped outside of the apartment twice by people asking for money. However, It is in walking distance of everything downtown we wanted to experience. We would for sure stay here again, I would just recommend staying more aware walking around outside the apartment at night.

Overall this place was not a bad place to stay. It was clean and cozy. Fully loaded with dishes, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, vacuum, microwave and coffee pot. The host was very kind and responded to mesages easily. Its right down the street from Playhouse square and a few restaurants. Very close to the college as well. Its about 15 mins to walk to Progressive Field and Rocket Mortgage. And roughly 30 minute walk to Huntington Bank Field. Driving of course would be less if it werent for traffic! But there is a bus stip right outside! Some of the things we didnt care for are.. the bed... it was to soft and we rolled towards the middle. The light coming through the blinds made it difficult for my hubby to sleep in. The parking space was terrible, very difficult to get into. I couldnt have done it without my husband. They really need a better parking space. Once the AC got going it cooled the apartment down nicely. It was worth the cost for 2 nights!

Loved our stay here and sure beats staying in a hotel. Property is nicely equipped and located conveniently to Playhouse Square and the homes of the Guardians and Cavs...and nearby attractions.Communication was awesome!The only point of caution is the included parking. It's very tight since you have to navigate all the building support pillars. The designated spot for us was too small for our sedan, so we paid for parking in a (very convenient) nearby lot, which was no big deal.Definitely would stay here again!

It would’ve been helpful if the keypad for the parking garage was lit up. The parking was extremely difficult with all of the concrete pillars throughout the basement to have to dodge. The apartment floor was very dirty, although the rest of the apartment seemed to rather clean. The bed was a little less than desirable. The light coming through the bedroom windows in the morning made it difficult to sleep in. The furnace filter was filthy and should’ve been changed six months ago. Overall, for the price, it was reasonable, but I would probably rather find another place next time.
