I think it is misleading that the property is not listed as a basement apartment--that information is not provided until after you have reserved and paid. Also the footsteps in the apartment above are audible so it is a bit noisy.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice, very clean. The neighborhood was good. I felt safe. Brittany was a great host.
