Stayed Oct 5, 2024Very clean and great location. Parking is a bit tricky because this is a crowded area but once you found one the rest is fine. The apartment is great, a little gem well located and quiet at the same time.

Stayed Sep 10, 2024We are traveling Italy by car and picked this VRBO because of the location and easy parking. It is just outside of the LTZ, right across the bridge from the city center, across the street from the bus stop and an easy walk to all of the sights and restaurants of old Verona. Marina was a perfect host. She helped us get checked in and provided a parking pass. The apartment is a bit difficult for dropping off bags but we made it work. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked. Marina provided some recommendations for a nice dinner out. We also found a perfect seafood restaurant just around the corner which was great. I would highly recommend this apartment on your visit to Verona.

Stayed Jul 24, 2018Marina has created a real oasis with this apartment. She has provided everything you could possibly need for your stay making for a really comfortable holiday. It's so peaceful through the courtyard away from the busy street and she's always available to offer help and advice if needed. When you do leave the apartment you're straight in to beautiful surroundings. Only a few steps from one of the best bridges and then a short walk to some of the main tourist highlights in the city itself. Stay on this side of the river to walk up to the castle for great views. The Giardini Giusti is also only a short walk from here and well worth spending a few hours there. Beautiful classic Italian gardens. Such friendly people wherever you go (although not all restaurants were that accommodating to children we found - on asking do you do smaller portions for children we were simply told no!). The taxis and buses and trains were easy enough to use with a bit of research in to what to do. The day trip to venice was worth it for the experience - another beautiful city. The journey from the train station to st Mark's on the water bus was wonderful in itself if you can get a good seat at the back. Toilets can be hard to find when wandering around the city. If you do find public ones they're clean enough but you will pay €1 - €1.50 for the pleasure! Also grocery stores seem hard to come by if you want to cook but there is one about 5/10 mins walk away that sells the basics. All in all an excellent few days to start our holiday. Thank you Verona and especially thank you Marina. It was a pleasure. X
