    Easy access to all of the parking at Brevent, Flegerle, Les Houches, Le Tour and Grands Montet. Very close to the old town and restaurants. Underground parking was great. Unit is well appointed and maintained.

    5 friends annual ski trip. Very well positioned apartment. Excellent lay out especially as all bedrooms have en-suite. Very well furnished. 150 mtrs to Patisserie, 50 mtrs to ski hire. Ski bus immediately outside the apartment. 150 mtrs to the start of the centre.

    Excellent accommodation for 6 gents on an annual walking holiday. Kitchen a little tired but very well stocked with glassware, cutlery and crockery etc. Only disappointment was lack of a SMART TV. This should be an essential feature of all lettings in order to get easy access to Netflix etc CAY really good to deal with as usual.

    Great location for town and skiing. Buses to Les Praz and Les Houches right outside the door. Ski home across the field outside Folie Douce.

    We had a great time and the CAY staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities in the apartment are good and the location is excellent with bus transfers on hand to most of the ski areas around Chamonix. The location also works very well for the town with just a short walk taking you to the centre.

    Appartement situé dans une bonne position, très confortable parce que chaque chambre a une salle de bain privée. La moquette dans les chambres n’est pas hygiénique surtout avec le Covid. Cuisine assez petite pour huit personnes mais bien équipée. Très belle vue Mont Blanc

    Excellent facilities, lovely and clean and the views were great from terrace and balcony. Good to have 4 rooms with ensuites, worked well with our group. Nice seating area, comfy furniture and plenty of room. Good facilities in the kitchen, just what was needed if not a big snug for over enthusiastic guests all wanting to wash up! Could benefit from a shower curtain or screen in the master bathroom, felt guilty about the water on the floor Lovely apartment in a lovely area, short walk to town

    The apartment accommodated four adults very well. Bathrooms were well equipped and fit for purpose. The downstairs wet room was particularly good.Living areas and kitchen were big enough for the four of us. Beds were comfortable with space for storage and getting organised. The location was great for accessing all amenities, however during the day the road was a little noisy but quietened down significantly later on. We had a number of issues on arrival - tv/satellite not working, very loose toilet seat, only one tea towel, no oven gloves, no washing machine tablets, no dishwasher tablets. However these were very quickly rectified when we contacted CAY. A frustrating start to our stay. Once these issues were sorted we were able to relax and have a very enjoyable stay.
