Chalet Village 1A Sum

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this property. Honestly, it looked just as the photos depicted, if not better. We wanted a rustic wood interior that many of the comparable properties did not have. The bedrooms are large. The only thing I’d alert others to about the bedrooms is that the “master” upstairs is a loft, so if you want more privacy, one of the downstairs bedrooms would be more suitable. The living space is spacious enough for 5 adults to sit and socialize comfortably. There are also a ton of games to play and a smart tv. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking & eating. I brought my own pan, paper plates and plastic utensils, but didn’t use them. The bathroom upstairs is large, while the downstairs bathroom is a bit smaller. If you’re a tall person, the upstairs bathroom is perfect. Communication with the host was excellent, and check in/check out was easy. We will be back again next time!

Condo is spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again next time we come to Brian Head.

The only problem with the property is the sliding glass door needs to have blinds applied. There is way too much light and not enough privacy do to the blinds have been taken down.

These condos are right across from the Giant Steps main lot. They’re not new or updated, but they’re such a great location with a gorgeous view of the mountain. This condo is clean, cozy and well appointed with everything you’d need. The host is very communicative and helpful.
