Centrally-located Park City Studio Condo

Good property in most ways but I had problems with heat and with AC. Receptionist was mechanical and indifferent. Small patio is very close to that of neighbors in the next bldg., giving zero privacy there. Otherwise unit was comfortable.

When we check in the front desk agent was terrible rude, during the whole check in she was singing out loud like ignoring us. Don’t know why, me and my husband were on work staycation so we both have cars, she gave us only one pass, and told us that we have parkings around the town, that’s when she starts ignoring us and singing out loud. Very disrespectful check in. I was thinking about calling a supervisor but for someone to do a check in like that seems like the management aloud them to do it. Tha place it’s amazing, rooms are functional and everything was clean. They should give parking options depending on occupancy.

Check-in time was 3pm. The room was not ready and the people at The Prospector front desk were not helpful. Once we got checked in, the room was fine, pretty clean. The worst part was that the people living above were very loud and walked around constantly very late early in the morning for several hours. It was very difficult to sleep.

Great location for our first trip to the Sundance film festival! Really enjoyed how close we were to all the bus routes! Thanks again!

Very clean room, host was great to help when heating system was not working. the condo is in quiet neighborhood area, with many food options close.

I had a great stay at this condo, walked just about everywhere! Yes, it's about 2 miles to main street, but there are beautiful walking trails that take you there without having to maneuver the main streets. Perfect for just me, I was working remote to get out of the heat!

All was good except i could not turn on the TV. But in truth, i dont know how to turn on the TV at my own house.

Worked for what we needed. Only one mini bar of soap was provided for two people staying 8 nights, so we bought our own. (Not a problem, but we would have preferred to know in advance.) The pilot light in the fireplace was on even in July, and it gave off a surprising amount of heat. The metal frame of the fireplace was quite warm, although not too hot to touch. Making the AC fight against the heat source seemed rather inefficient!

Charming studio, plenty big for two. Comfortable bed. Kitchen with just enough to prepare dinners. Great set up for skiing as the bus is just 1/4 block down the street. Highly recommend

Loved returning to this comfortable condo! Location is so convenient to Deer Valley and Park City. I soaked in the huge, hot outdoor hot tub every night and talked to some nice people. Peace and quiet, comfortable bed with crisp sheets, ensured I slept very well. Thanks again Kevin!

i have stayed here many times. And its just as good, if not better, than the first time i stayed there . Not only is the unit nice (i love the fireplace heater unit as does a great job heating the unit plus its so quiet compared to the heaters in most of the units at the prospector) but there is a bus stop right outside the unit so you can get everywhere in town highly recommend staying here.

Exactly, as described, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, parking, laundry accessible! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Stayed nearly 5 weeks - would totally recommend it!

Perfect condo for a couple. Had everything you might need. (Except for maybe a kettle!) And the hot tub was a bonus.

Great location for a park city ski trip… right on the bus line which provides free rides all over town, to Park City, Deer Valley, and downtown!

The check in was not good I had no idea there was an office. Then I could not find it, as it was not on property maps The women oat the desk talked so fast I had a hard time catching what she said. So when I said I’m not sure I understand, she’s just raised her voice like I was deaf. Very irritating

The common spaces are really plain but the room itself is cozy and comfortable. We arrived during some heavy road construction which made coming and going fairly difficult, but we spent much of our time elsewhere. We were quite pleased with the stay overall, but some minor annoyances: the lights in the bathroom flicker, the iron doesn't hold water for steaming, and we would have appreciated more coffee pods... As I said MINOR! Don't hesitate to book this spot!

Just like it’s advertised. Good location. Clean. Plenty of dishes. Would have more towels for guests especially for the pool.
