Centrally located apartment in Seville (Triana - Los Remedios) with WiFi, AC and Parking

We stayed as a family of 5, and there was plenty of room. Miguel's place was well set up, with everything you would need for a stay there. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Miguel himself was excellent and prompt with communication. We were easily able to walk to everywhere we needed from the apartment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Miguel for being such an excellent host.

Our stay at this apartment was fantastic! The place was very cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The location is excellent—close to the city center, restaurants, and all the main attractions. Communication with Miguel and his wife was perfect; they were always available and willing to help. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Seville!

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed Miguel's lovely apartment! It's in a quiet neighborhood so you get to experience life in Sevilla. The apartment was comfortable and felt very welcoming after a day of exploring the city. Miguel has it stocked with anything you might need - even maps and guidebooks to the area. We were able to walk to all major sites of interest, restaurants, grocery stores, while staying there. Miguel gave wonderful recommendations on things in the city and helped to orient us to the area. He was very responsive to all communications and we greatly appreciated his hospitality! This was the perfect apartment for experiencing beautiful Sevilla!

The apartment is great! Very close to Triana and historic section. The owner is wonderful, great with communication and tips on what to do. Very clean too!

We were delighted with the convenient location, just south of the river near the old town but still modern and comfortable. We were able to walk easily to absolutely superb flamenco right nearby in the adjacent neighborhood of Triana. Miguel was a great host who thought of everything and made sure we were happy.

Had a lovely stay here in the Triana area, Miguel is super kind and helpful with tips on local areas and things to do. The house is clean and comfortable. Things to keep in mind- no elevator and only one bathroom. The apartment is on the third floor so pack what you need for couple of nights in one suitcase and leave rest of the luggage in the car, the area is safe enough for that. Also, parking is free in front of the building but may be hard to find. We did not use the free Parking space in the parking garage but one is available. All in all, had a comfortable visit at Miguel’s place.

Good apartment with only 10 minute walk to the center of town. Plenty of beds and Miguel was a great host and communicator. Next time we will stay longer.

We (6 persons) spend 2 nights in the apartment located in a quite street in Triana. The apartment is located on the second floor, it's spacious and has 3 bedrooms. Within 5 minutes you can reach the center of the city. Bars, restaurants and supermarket are very close. Miguel is a very friendly host, he answers all your questions very quickly and has nice tips what to see and where to eat. With his help we even could park our VW bus safely. We can recommend this apartment.

The apartment and furnishings were aged but clean and in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to many points of interest. Miguel was very nice and provided helpful information about the area. We only booked 1 night and arrived late and left early, so we didn't have much time to spend in the apartment. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you!

My family of 3 teenage boys stayed several nights. It is 15-20 min walk to cathedral area. Reserved parking. Several grocery stores within 5 min walk. Good restaurants coffee... Very friendly and helpful hosts. House has what you need to cook, relax. It has good wifi, hot water
