Stayed Apr 28, 2022Great property and exellent communication with the owners. The only hiccup was that i couldnt control the thermostat and the room got a bit warm from time to time. The owners provide a space heater but not a separate fan with the room for when it gets too warm.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024After booking instantly, the host messaged me apologizing that the booking is not available and blamed Vrbo for their calendar issue. The host was friendly at first. After numerous attempts to have the host refund me, they refused and wanted me to cancel instead. The policy has no refunds for cancelation. Vrbo eventually gave me back my money. Would never book from this host ever again.

Stayed Feb 17, 2023Overall, it was great for the price we paid. Property manager was easy to work with and communication was always timely. Location was not ideal for our needs but we made it work. The neighborhood was quiet. Parking was great making unloading and loading a breeze. We never did figure out the TV. Even though we didn't need it during our stay, it looks like they have added supplemental air conditioning.

Stayed Jul 1, 2022This is an attached room ins house with a separate entrance and no entrance to the home. It is a decent sized efficiency. It was clean and the neighborhood was quiet.

Stayed Mar 11, 2022We enjoyed our stay here! The room was large and had everything shown in the pictures. The washer and dryer were very helpful to have. In terms of closeness to attractions and things it was right in the middle of the state, so it was easy to get to places. The only thing missing was climate controls, it seemed like it had vents for cooling but we couldn't turn them on and off ourselves so it was a little warm at night. Not a terrible thing but it was something we noticed and had to deal with. Overall, communication was great and we enjoyed our time here. Thank you so much!
