This apartment is situated within the Belvedere Luxury Apartments on the upper level with extraordinary mountain and lake views which can be enjoyed from the top floor deck leading off the lounge. The apartment faces West for the afternoon sun and is normally very sheltered from the wind.
The Belvedere is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a 300m walk to Lake Wanaka and Wanaka township. The building is modern and architecturally designed with modern decor and furnishings.

Stayed Mar 16, 2021Very happy with the apartment and especially the location. There are some things in the apartment that need a little maintenance though (wardrobe door, drawers in bedside tables). But, a great experience overall.

Stayed Jul 12, 2020We came here with our two small children. It was perfect, the unit was warm and cosy. There is full kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit which is ideal for families. It had a lovely view and was in a really nice quiet area. It is walking distance to town and new world. No real negatives, a fraction on the smaller size depending on your party and only one bathroom but would totally recommend and stay here again.

Stayed Feb 3, 2019The apartment is very comfortable, modern and clean, with beautiful view from the balcony. The location is good, very close to the town center, supermarket and lake. We walked everywhere in town.
