Stayed May 26, 2025I honestly cannot say enough good things about this rental! Property was exactly as described and host communication was excellent. It might be the most “considerate” rental I have ever stayed in. Everything I could have possibly needed was provided and there were welcome binders of local restaurants, attractions, etc. the fenced in backyard with a grassy area was the icing on the cake for my pup! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 11, 2022We stayed for four nights and everything was super. The fenced in yard was great for the dog. The veranda was excellent for dinner. The mule deer walking through the neighborhood were an added bonus! And after a long day, the large screen TV and comfy seats were extremely relaxing. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jun 4, 2022Everything was perfect, very clean, kitchen was well stocked. Check in was easy, we had absolutely no issues whatsoever ever. Would recommend this property to anyone. Kanab is a wonderful town with very good restaurants and the people are very friendly. This was our base camp as we visited the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion. It was nice to have a soft place to land every night. Thank you for letting us share your home.

Stayed May 8, 2022We couldn’t get in, as the property was already occupied… we are going to get a complete refund from VRBO! We tried reaching the owner to get checkin instructions for several days prior, and he never responded. Only once at the property, the other renters gave us his phone number to call the owner.
