Beautiful one-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the center of Malaga, very quiet, well-equipped, and with careful decoration. Its beautiful wooden ceilings stand out. Exceptionally located for walking to all the monuments, museums, and the most famous streets and squares in the city. You will enjoy the city center without any inconvenience, as there is no street noise. There is a FREE PARKING space available to guests in another building on the same street (just a minute's walk away).

It has all the amenities: WIFI, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hot/cold air conditioning, and fully equipped kitchen.

–FEATURES:

This is a small, cozy, quiet, and perfectly equipped apartment of 55 square meters. Ideal for a couple. It has a bedroom with a double bed, which does not have a door separating it from the living room, and an en-suite bathroom with shower; living room, with smart TV and sofa bed; a well-equipped kitchen, which also includes a dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, kettle, etc.; It has two bathrooms with shower, hot water tank, and hairdryer. Free wifi, and hot/cold air conditioning. Completely renovated, it is located on the ground floor of a building built in 1910, which preserves its wooden beams. Because it is interior, it is very quiet. Two small patios provide light and ventilation to the apartment.

–MALAGA CITY CENTER:

It is located in a popular Malaga-style building built in 1910 but with all the comforts, as the apartment has been recently renovated. Located on one of the best-known streets in the center, the popular Ollerías street, at the height of Carretería street, just a two-minute walk from the famous Uncibay square, around which we find the widest range of restaurants and leisure venues in the city. All the monuments and museums of the city can be reached on foot.

The apartment is ideal for enjoying the historic center of Malaga, but without any inconvenience, as being interior, there is no street noise.

–SERVICES:

The apartment has all the amenities for our guests: hot/cold air conditioning, Smart TV, washing machine, kettle, capsule coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, crib, etc. Free WIFI. Nearby paid parking.

Guests have exclusive access to free medical assistance (non-hospital) during their stay.

–GETTING AROUND:

It is exceptionally located in the center of Malaga. It is steps away from all the monuments and museums. It also has supermarkets, fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants nearby. It is easy to reach from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. Just a 13-minute walk away is the Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops of the main urban bus lines. Also, the Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is about a 15-minute walk away, so you can quickly reach the airport and the Málaga-María Zambrano Station.

–THINGS TO NOTE:

INTERIOR LOW: It is a small, charming, and well-equipped apartment of 55 square meters. Being interior and located on the ground floor of the building, it receives very little natural light, which comes from its two small patios. As you can see in the photographs, there is one step to access the living room and another to enter the bedroom.

This is a tourist accommodation that meets the EcoFriendly certification requirements of Olédays and has been recognized with the WeRespect certification.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, although it is allowed in the patio.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, but we strive to welcome our guests at the time they need, upon request.

PETS: Pets are welcome; owners are responsible for the welfare of the animal and any damages they may cause. House rules and community rules must be observed. A €20 cleaning fee per pet will be charged upon arrival. We can provide a bed and feeder upon request.⚠ Low Emission Zone (LEZ) – Málaga

Starting 1 December 2025, only vehicles with the CERO, ECO, C and Blabels will be allowed to drive within Málaga’s LEZ.

Vehicles without an environmental labelmay only enter if registered in Málaga.

From 1 December 2026, this restriction will also apply to Bvehicles not registered in the city.

We recommend parking outside the LEZ and reaching the accommodation by foot, taxi or public transport.
