- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times

- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed

    Bad communication on property, location, floor location, what tags are for what on the keys . Could not communicate with anyone and specialist at delegation making the person booking do everything for them .

    Happy with the apartment itself, unfortunately we weren’t made aware of the pool works prior to staying as it’s closed for 4 months, we had some upset kids as they were very excited for it. And also our car was broken into in the car park on site and items were stolen.

    Beds need replacing as they were very hard. Additional blankets are also required as we were cold. Bathroom needs attention as shower needed to be better cleaned to remove mould and rust. Ironing board was broken.

    No wands to close/open blinds, shower took ridiculously long time to warm up. Outside area of building was disgusting - smelt like a toilet.

    Overall happy with the accommodation, it was clean and inviting.The communication with the host was good. Just a few suggestions that could help; 1. More toilet paper, 3 females, we were there for 5 days, 3 rolls just wasn’t enough.2. Instead of the litlle plastic pouches of dish washing liquid , a bottle would have been better.,same goes for the laundry powder.3. A dryer would be good.4 A roll of bin bags that actually fit the bin would have been perfect, 2 that didn’t fit just wasn’t good enough.These suggestions are small, coming from WA for 5 days, the last thing I wanted to do was shop for these items.Again I am more than happy with accommodation, I would stay there again

    My biggest issue with the property manager was the inability to get a second key which should be offered automatically when renting out a two bedroom apartment which is available for up to 4 adults. I didn't get a second key until 4 days into my stay (after daily calls to follow up) and then found the key didn't even fit the lock. It was incredibly frustrating and negatively affected my stay in Melbourne. In terms of the apartment, it was fine although there was mold in the shower and a big chunk out of the kitchen benchtop.

    Central, very spacious, consistent with advertisement, safe for a single female, property was quiet, awesome view of city lights, tram stop 20 metres away, railway bridge was noisy but I got used to it.
