We are in Mazzaforno, an exclusive hamlet 4 km from the center of Cefalù. The public beach of Mazzaforno, SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, is 250 meters from the house and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Our villa is located on a private road, and we share direct and private access to the sea with 3 other houses (150 meters from the house). The beach is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, with a flat rocky coast and sandy seabed. The sea is about a 2-minute walk away without leaving the property (path + 58 steps).

Our house, La Maddalena 29, is a large two-story villa, just steps from the sea, surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden filled with olive trees.
The panoramic apartment is on the first floor, while the ground floor features a studio apartment and a two-room apartment
(described on this page), as well as the house where we live with our very affectionate little furry friends, who won't disturb you because our garden has a separate entrance from the rental area.

The interior comprises:
- Living room/kitchen with a kitchenette with two induction hobs, a refrigerator with freezer, an electric oven, a ceiling fan, and a single sofa bed.
Upon request, a fourth bed (foldable) can be added in the living room next to the sofa bed.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x200), air conditioning, and a window overlooking the garden.
- A bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, window, and hairdryer.

At the entrance, there is an outdoor area for your exclusive use, furnished with armchairs, a table, chairs, and a small barbecue for outdoor dining.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

- Electricity consumption is included up to 4 kWh per day.
Consumption exceeding 4 kWh per day will be charged at €0.55 and paid in cash upon checkout.
There is a meter inside the apartment; it will be read upon check-in and check-out to verify consumption.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival: €2/day per person for the first 5 nights. Children aged 0 to 12 are exempt.

UPON REQUEST at an additional cost:
- Beach towel
- Beach chairs
- Transfer to/from Cefalù train station
- Use of the washing machine

- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please communicate your check-in time one day before your arrival.
- Late check-in after 9:00 PM is available by arrangement and costs €30.

- Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Please vacate the villa no later than 10:00 AM on your departure day to allow the apartment to be cleaned and ready for new guests.

- Events or parties are not permitted.
- Day guests are not permitted, only those declared in the contract.
- Suitable for small pets, subject to prior agreement with the owner.
- DO NOT allow your dog on the bed or sofa, and keep the garden clean.
- Leave the refrigerator, the two induction hobs, pots and pans, and barbecue clean.
- DO NOT leave trash, bottles, or empty cans inside the home.
- DO NOT throw any type of paper in the toilet; use the designated waste bin.
