This modern apartment is in a beautiful heritage building with spectacular views over Flinders St Station, Federation Square and beyond. The apartment is located right in the middle of the theatre, laneways and restaurant precinct and is here to provide the perfectbreak for 4 people comfortably or up to 6 people by using the sofa bed in the living room.

The two bedrooms are equipped with Queen size beds and the double sofa bed downstairs (if needed) all come with high quality linen.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a gas cooktop with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and full size fridge.
The balcony is fitted with gas heating and BBQ and allows you to soak up the ambience and take in the amazing view.
Included is a split heating and cooling system downstairs and upstairs in each of the bedrooms.

The bathroom upstairs has a shower, toilet and laundry cupboard fitted with washing machine and dryer, while the downstairs bathroom is a large powder room with a toilet and hand basin.

    Fantastic location and great communication from Anna. Well equipped kitchen. The decor has changed since the original photos so it is slightly less groovy than advertised. Highly recommended.

    This is a great base for a stay in the Melbourne! Very comfortable apartment with good security right in one of the best streets for dining, just step out of your door and you are there. The apartment is super comfortable, clean, well-appointed. Balcony has views over the Flinders St train station and MCG. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to Melbourne.

    Fantastic property, would stay here again. The location is amazing. Can't really fault. Beds, linen, towels all great. Our stay was hot and humid and air cons were fabulous in all areas.

    This was an amazing place to stay. The location, the view of Flinder's Station made for an iconic Melbourne holiday. The apartment was very comfortable and well-appointed and perfect for the 4 of us. Would definitely use it again.

    Excellent location in Degraves st, perfect if using public transport and walking distance to everything. Great little restaurants and cafes and your door step. Perfect for the theatre, footy, arts centre, fed square. A cute little apartment to top it off with a very comfortable bed. Maybe just take your own pillow. Other couldn’t fault it.

    Thank u Anna for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything and then some needed for a wonderful getaway.And the beds were some of the comfiest we have ever slept in.Access was easy and it was great having two key fobs so my bro and I could go out separately to explore and not have to tee up to get back inside.The laneway frontage has many wonderful restaurants to choose from and a Coles around the corner for supplies. Wonderful stroll thru the shopping arcades to get to the mall. And being on the fifth floor? It wasn't noisy at all.The car park was a bit of a head spin at first, but we got into the 'groove' very quickly and the easy access to the lift was a godsend as my big bro uses a walker nowadays.Please give Anna's apartment a go if ur looking for a fantastic self catering place to stay in the middle of all the action. You won't regret it one bit.Hope you'll let me stay again next March Anna when I bring hubby over for his conference. As I really can't think of a better place to be. Ta heaps!

    Great little apartment right in the heart of Melbourne. Perfectly located for transport links, shopping and especially dining, with all the Degraves St cafes on your doorstep. Apartment interior a little tatty in places but all perfectly serviceable and excellent to have two bathrooms as well as washing machine and dryer. Would definitely stay again.

    We had a great stay. The bed was comfy and kitchen well-equipped. There were even a few staples such as salt, sugar, and olive oil. It was right by the train station, but it wasn't noisy. There was a grocery store nearby as well. Highly recommend!!

    We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and well equiped in the apartment, including a grill on the balcony. Stepped out of the building and were in the middle of lively Melbourne. Would always come back!

    I stayed with my husband and two children for two weeks at the apartment. The apartment has a great layout with the bedrooms upstairs and well-equipped kitchen downstairs. There is a lovely view of Flinders Street Station from the balcony. You cannot beat the location.....easy walk to shopping, restaurants and parks. Flinders Street station is almost at the door so you can get virtually anywhere in Melbourne very quickly. Communication with the owner was very easy and check-in was clear/easy. We will definitely stay here again.

    The neighbourhood, the house is even better than expected. Fun quarter and lovely flat. Very clean and comfortable. The only problem, apart from the grand parking spot, is the complication of finding the where to put the card in. Just needs a better explanation. And the keys are complicated to arrange. This is not the owner's fault because the body corporate won't let her have a key safe. But a better solution is needed. Apart from these very minor details the place was heavenly. Thank you !
