Coastal & Building Environment
As the apartment is located in a high-rise near the ocean, occasional wind noise or daytime construction from nearby buildings may occur. This is part of the coastal environment and outside our control.

Cleaning on Arrival
If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please contact us within 6 hours of check-in. We will arrange for our cleaners to return as soon as possible. If a solution is offered but declined, refunds cannot be provided.

Cleaning, Linen & Supplies
The cleaning fee covers standard end-of-stay cleaning only. Additional linens, cleaning services, or extra consumables may incur additional charges.

Rules:

No Smoking

• Strictly no smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony.
• A cleaning fee of an additional $100 per hour
will apply if smoke or odor is detected. A $300 Violation fee will also be charged.


Cleanliness & Care

• Please take care of furniture and fixtures.
• Wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher before checkout.
• Take rubbish to the rubbish chute located on your floor (across the hall).
• Any damage or excessive mess will result in an additional cleaning and replacement/Repair charge.

️ During Your Stay

• Keep windows and balcony doors closed when using air-conditioning.
• Do not move or rearrange furniture.
• Always carry the fob for building re-entry.
Lost keys/Fobs will incur a $350 fee for each key lost.

A $50 Call out fee is charged incase of lock out

Safety & Security

• No illegal substances or activities.
• Turn off lights, AC, and appliances when leaving.
• Lock doors and windows when you go

• No parties or events are allowed
• No unregistered guests or pets are allowed.
• Don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Respect the noise curfew.
• Respect check-in and check-out times.
• Take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. $600 Violation fine
