Stayed Jul 18, 2022Great check in process and communication with staff. Only complaint was the building was covered in scaffolding for work being done. This should have been included in the listing.

Stayed Sep 4, 2019Property was nice and location was decent but it was not clean. Shower had sand in it and living room had ants. We had to wash all dishes before we used them as they were not clean. Property listed internet and TV on the amenities page but they were not included. They were available for and extra charge. Only if you dive deeper into the description did it say internet was extra. Amenities listed hair dryer. Found a box for the hair dryer but no appliance. Maybe that was extra too. There was a TV but no box to get programming. Communicated with managers and they said we could come to the office and get the internet router for an additional charge. The view picture posted for the property was accurate and beautiful but it did not show the floor of the balcony the picture was taken from. The floor of the balcony was damaged with half of the tiles coming up and soft in the middle. My wife would not go out on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view because she did not think it was safe. The alfresco dining set listed on the covered lake view balcony was not there but on the balcony off the main bedroom. Location was good with a bus stop steps away from the door of the building.

Stayed Jun 17, 2019We were attacked by a plague of ants devouring anything not in the fridge! Apartment also has a funny smell. Fine but could do better!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969July 2018 Very nice, clean and big apartment! Beautifull view over the lake and mountains. As a backpacker the apartment hold a very high standard, we were very pleaced with Happy Holiday! Linn, Sweden
