Casa Rosa was excellent as always. Michael and Rose have a great house that is well cared for and with the help of Alfonso the level of care is top notch.

This was my 2nd stay here. I love the location. Love the the pool and the ocean steps away.

We are delighted of our stay at Casa Rosa, absolutely perfect for our family trip! We had the first floor appartement. It is very quiet, clean, well equipped only 30 min walk to the Center. The beach was gorgeous, felt private and peaceful. The whole crew (Owners, cleaning, pool, manager,etc) was very welcoming, friendly and helpfull. Of course traffic is heavy on the Island, for any home with bedrooms facing street side light sleepers should bring earplugs. We enjoyed it very much and we will certainly return! We loved Casa Rosa for several reasons. The kitchen amenities were spectacular allowing us to cook multiple fresh meals at home. The pool was the perfect size and vibe for our group and was very well kept. The view was amazing and the beach access was the cherry on top. The sunrises from the rocks did not disappoint. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located allowing us to maneuver easily with a golf cart or by foot. Overall, we’d love to come back and appreciated the attention to detail and privacy. The house exceeded our expectations in that it was well stocked with towels, washcloths, kitchen utensils, blender, cooking seasoning, & very clean. We loved that the pool was in the sun until 3:30-4 in the afternoon while other surrounding properties were not. We had an unforeseen problem at the house & management was very responsive/communicative with us. I even walked from the house to Playa Norte, about 2 miles! Great stay, no complaints & we would stay here again!

The property was amazing, from the housing to the pool and amazing view def 10 out of 10. Def do it again.

Stayed at Casa Rosa for 10 days. Host arranged for a golf cart to be at the property upon arrival. Excellent service from the cleaning staff and overall a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend Casa Rosa

Wonderful place. We had the downstairs. Very quiet and peaceful. It's central to everything which is very convenient. The views are stunning and the ocean is incredible. Would recommend to anyone and will most definitely come back again!

But... Way too expensive

Great location right on the beach but away from the tourists of Playa Norte. Immaculately clean and stocked with all the essentials. The beach isn't suited for swimming but is very scenic and great for finding shells and coral. Check in was effortless.
