This elegant and modern one-bedroom apartment is located in the lively Vanchiglia district, just a 5-minute walk from Piazza Vittorio Veneto and the famous Gran Madre di Dio Church. Situated in a central area, it provides the perfect base to explore the heart of Turin and the surrounding hills.



The apartment is on the second floor of a historic building with an elevator and is designed to offer both comfort and functionality. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and a dining table. The cozy living room is furnished with a French double sofa bed (140 cm) and a TV, creating the ideal environment to relax after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the apartment features access to a private balcony, offering a pleasant outdoor space. The spacious master bedroom is tastefully decorated, providing a peaceful retreat for your rest. The modern and functional bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower, bidet, and hairdryer.



*The condominium is in the process of doing roof restoration, so a crane will be installed in the courtyard. No scaffolding is planned, but noise of work definitely. The work will end on October 31, barring unforeseen circumstances.
