With excellent natural light from morning until evening and plenty of cross-ventilation, the apartment feels airy and calm beneath its high-pitched ceilings.

A welcoming living and dining area with comfortable seating and wide windows framing hillside views. Kindly note there's no TV in the unit.
Kitchen:
A well-equipped kitchen with Balay appliances (hob, oven, sink and refrigerator), an electric kettle, toaster and a traditional Italian moka coffee maker. Basic utensils and cookware are provided.
Bathroom:
A naturally ventilated bathroom with modern fittings and a washing machine.
Mezzanine Office / Studio:
Above the living room, a mezzanine floor provides a useful office or studio space with wonderful views.

The apartment is part of a fully restored historic building. Ancient stone walls were preserved and integrated into a new rooftop structure that blends contemporary design with heritage.
Rua do Monte dos Judeus is within the UNESCO Historic City Area, a quiet, pedestrian-only corner of Miragaia, within walking distance of central Porto along the river.
Buses to the beaches of Foz do Douro are also nearby.
- Accessibility
As is typical of Porto’s hillside neighbourhoods, Rua do Monte dos Judeus follows a steep incline. This provides the remarkable views but may pose challenges for some guests.
The street is pedestrian-only; taxis can reach the top of the street but not the building entrance.
Exterior steps lead down to the building door.
Inside the building, two straight flights of stairs lead from the entrance level to the apartment door.
The apartment is on the top floor of a five-storey building, though the entrance level corresponds to the third floor due to the slope.
Guests with reduced mobility or heavy luggage should take this into consideration.

Things to Keep in Mind:
- Access involves several steps, both outdoors and indoors, as described above.
- The neighbourhood is pedestrian-only; most taxis will drive to the top of the street, but will not enter Rua do Monte dos Judeus, so luggage planning is recommended.
- The pedestrian setting adds charm and tranquillity, but may present challenges for guests with reduced mobility or heavy bags.
- No TV in the unit.
- Self-Catered Property: We provide complimentary starter items for your arrival (e.g., first-day toiletries, toilet paper). These are offered as a welcome gesture and are not replenished during your stay.
- Check-in and Check-out: Check-in starts at 17:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Only one set of keys will be provided.
- Linen and Towels: Bed and bath linens are provided for the number of guests confirmed on the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, a complimentary change of linens will be provided at check-in.
- Cleaning Services: The cleaning fee covers the final check-out cleaning. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an extra fee with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Long Stays (28+ days): For monthly stays, utility bills (water, electricity, gas) exceeding a total of €150 per month will be charged to the guest. By booking, you agree to these terms.
- Guest Information: We are required by Portuguese law (SEF) to collect passport/ID information from all non-Portuguese guests upon check-in.
- Families: A baby crib and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:
- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:
- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.
OTHER RULES.:
- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
