Casa Nicole at 800 meters from the SEA !! INTERNET FREE ...

We stayed four nights at Nicole's House and loved it. Extremely modern and comfortable, everything in the kitchen you could need. Close to bars, restaurants and supermarket even the beach is close by (5 minute walk). Loved the balcony in the evening people watching. The photos you see are exactly what you get. Could not have asked for more. We were met in person by Daniel, great guy, nothing to much trouble. All emails were answered promptly by Anna in our lead up to our stay. Would highly recommend Nicole's Place! Also parking was easy and convenient and free.

We can highly recommend the holiday flat. It was almost new eyerythig was fine. The hirer was always helpful if we had a request. The terrace is huge. From the terrace you can watch the vivid Sicily live on the street. The beach is very close. Everything you need to buy is close by. We had a great stay there. We were missing nothing.

Thanks to Anna, Daniele and especially Filippa and Nicolo we spent two beautiful weeks in Casa Nicole. They are wonderful hosts, always friendly and helpful. Apartment is very chic, all is new and perfectly clean. Shops and restaurants are close, the coast is amazing. Absolutely recommend!!

This apartment is quite new and very well furnished. Although in January, we still made use of the large terrace as well. It has everything one would require and is very well located in a street with shops and restaurants. The apartment was quite adequate for two couples and we were very comfortable. Balestrate is well situated to visit all the lovely places in the north west of Sicily and also Palermo. It is also quite close to Palermo airport and within easy driving also from Birgi airport. All in all a delightful experience. Thanks also due to Anna & Daniele for being so kind and welcoming.

Very comfortable, perfectly located, worth to reccomend

We had a wonderful at Casa Nicole. Anna and Daniel were great hosts and were always on hand if we needed anything. The apartment was spacious and very clean and tidy with a wonderful balcony. The location was ideal with a lovely walk to the beach and the shops very close by on the main street. We would recommend this apartment to all our friends and family and hope to return to casa Nicole again soon. ????

Vacationing with his family in this beautiful apartment from June 26 to July 10. Our trip to Sicily began with some adventure and the mood was not the nicest. However, thanks to Daniel and Anna were solved all our problems and the vacation was great! The apartments are very clean, comfortable, modern with a very large and comfortable veranda with side sea view. Even a children's corner for kids! Near the house there is a supermarket in Kotor is on sale all the Essentials and always fresh fruit and vegetables.So there are many cafes and bakeries. 10 minutes from the house is the most beautiful, longest, sandy beach! The sea is very warm and clear and the sea smooth. This is the perfect place for relaxing and swimming in the sea with children. Since the apartment is located on the main street of Balestrate, in the evenings there is entertainment and what to see. In the morning around the house can buy freshly caught fish and shrimp. Many can write good things about Balestrate apartment and the sea! But the most important is how we met, and helped with any questions and we were out the owners of these apartments. A huge thank you to Anna and Daniel for a wonderful holiday! Up to new meetings!
