The apartment is all yours during your stay—no shared areas . You walk in, close the door, and have total privacy.

- Three separate bedrooms, each with 2 comfortable single beds (sleeps 6), and a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), ideal for up to 8 people.

- Two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Washing machine and complimentary toiletries.

- Cozy living room with a sofa bed and hardwood floors, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring PortAventura.

- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer, microwave, utensils, and a dining area to prepare and enjoy your meals.

- Terrace and balcony overlooking the garden and the promenade, ideal for al fresco breakfasts or sunbathing.

- Connectivity and comfort: Free WiFi, air conditioning throughout the apartment and in the bedrooms, and a large flat-screen Smart TV in the living room that includes Netflix and all the services you have active (remember to log out of your accounts once you leave).

- Extras: Entertainment areas (nightclubs and other activities) and family-friendly attractions (PortAventura World, playgrounds, and water parks).

The Area and Surroundings

The accommodation is located in one of the best areas of Salou, just 3 minutes from the best beaches and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and a lively vacation atmosphere.

Nearby, you can enjoy iconic spots like PortAventura World, perfect for all ages, or stroll along Paseo Jaume I, ideal for soaking up the sea, sun, and Mediterranean atmosphere.

️ Building Security

From June to September, the building has a security guard on duty to ensure peace of mind, proper use of the facilities, and the safety of all guests. The guard will act solely in a security capacity; if there are no issues, they will not interact with guests or enter the apartment (see Deposits/Penalties for more information).

We won’t be physically present in the apartment and won’t interfere with your stay, unless you have any questions. We’ll be available most of the time by phone to help you with whatever you need.
Treat the place as if it were your home :)

Check-in/Check-out Times

Check-in: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
(If you need different times, please let us know and we’ll try to accommodate you. Additional fees may apply.)

Deposits/Penalties

- For group reservations, a deposit of €300 is required, which must be paid at check-in via bank transfer, cash, or PayPal. This amount will be refunded once it has been verified that the accommodation is in good condition and that no damage or incidents occurred during the stay.
The refund may be processed within 24 hours after check-out.

The host must be at least 18 years old to check in.

This condition applies exclusively to groups. TAC LIFESTYLE S.L. decides whether or not to apply this deposit.

- If neighbors file complaints and local authorities or the security guard are called to the property, we will charge a penalty of up to 500 EUR (depending on the severity of the issue).

- If the property or any of its belongings are damaged and this is verified with evidence, we will request a penalty/deposit of up to 600 EUR (depending on the severity of the issue).

Advance Registration

– In accordance with regulations from the Government of Catalonia, all guests, including those under 14 years of age, must be registered. For minors, only their first name, last name, and relationship to the person who made the reservation are required. All information must be provided one day (24 hours) prior to arrival. We will use a secure online link to comply with the Data Protection Act (LOPD). It is mandatory to complete the guest registration; failure to do so will be considered a “no-show” with no right to a refund.

– One week before your stay, we’ll send you a secure link to your phone or email.
– Enter your details, fill out the form, and sign it from your phone.
– The registration takes just a couple of minutes ⏱️.
– Once it’s ready, we can grant you access to the apartment


Check-out instructions

– Remove used bedding and set it aside
– Clean used cutlery and dishes
– Gather used towels from the apartment and leave them on the floor of any bathroom
– Take your personal belongings with you
– Dispose of food and drink scraps
– Take out the trash and place it in the nearest bin
– Turn off the lights and appliances
