This apartment was very nice! The location was perfect. It’s within walking distance of major sites, but in a quieter neighborhood. The apartment itself was charming-we especially enjoyed having the outside space. Ivan was a very helpful host. He met us at check in, answered any questions before and during our stay, and had great neighborhood food recommendations!

This was in a great location. Near the river and most sites are within easy walking distance. There are plenty of places to eat or drink nearby and supermarkets at each end of the street. Mirella, the host was lovely and very helpful. She even aranged for taxis to and from the airport. There's lots of info from Mirella for places to eat or see and there are loads of tourist books in a number of languages. The apartment itself was pleasant, a bit on the rustic side, but perfect for us. It has a small private terrace where you can put a couple of chairs out. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge, sink, stove top kettle and toaster with sandwich holders. Crockery and cutlery are provided. The bathroom has a sink and shower (which worked ok) with adjoining toilet. The building also has a rooftop terrace with a good view. You can take food up and eat there if you wish. We would definitely stay again.

Mirella's apartment is spacious, excellent location, about 10 minute walk to St. Peter's square and Pantheon, many restaurants, shops and a great cafe just around the corner. It is a bit older unit, to be sure, but everything worked including nice hot shower, much needed each day after exploring the eternal city. Mirella is very helpful, even helped me booked an event that required an Italian phone.

This location was perfect. It is within reasonable walking distance pretty much in the center of all the major tourist hot spots and there are a ton of restaurants nearby within 2 minutes walking time. The host Mirella is very kind and responds quickly to communications and also is a huge help getting a very reasonably priced cab to and from the airport. Even during a transportation strike she was able to get me a ride back to the airport. Would definitely stay here again

Ivan met us for check in and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was just as advertised and perfect for our family vacation in Rome. Beautiful neighborhood and centrally located to see all the sites. Temperature was very comfortable and the kitchen was ideal for our one dinner in and making breakfast. The patio and rooftop terrace were beautiful. Water preasure in the shower was great. We would absolutely stay here again if we visit Rome in the future.

My second stay in Mirella’s garden apartment. It’s perfect: quiet, everything you need, comfortable, LOCATION and Ivan!! Communicating with Ivan made everything easy. Recommendations about everything you might need from simple to complex. Seriously the location is absolutely the best in Rome to walk easily to everything. Grazie Mille to Ivan & Mirella. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay and Ivan was a great host who communicated so kindly from the beginning to end of experience. The location was perfect and the apartment was very roomy and comfortable. The extra room in the entry way was convenient for suitcases and a place to set out items for easy access. We slept very well. Thank you, Ivan.

Great location (bakery, gelato, restaurants, wine bars *Enotecca Bortone..all very close in easy walking distance) . Can walk to colloseum, vatican, pantheon, and most other sights. Water fountain to fill water bottles is right across street. Laundry facility (wash, dry, fold) is 4 minutes away. Would recommend and stay at again. Good for couple or family of 4.

The location not only for access to all the sites, but also because of the great neighborhood, is fantastic. We had a minor issue with the shower draining properly, but overall the apartment was very suitable and a great value for where you are. The Gelateria outside the street doors is absolutely one of the best in the city. Also the wine bar across the street is very popular and a lot of fun at the end of the evening. The access one street up to the Main St., Vittorio Emmanuel means that catching a bus or getting to all the major sites is very accessible.

Stayed here 16 years ago. A spacious apartment in a great area. Not much has changed in this apartment and has an old school feel. The weather for early March was blue skies and mid teens which made sitting on the roof terrace for aperitivo a treat at the end of the day. Of our 6 week European holiday, we both chose this as our no 1 stay.

Stayed at this cute little apartment with my 17 year old son. There is an outside company called Where to Stay that manages this place. They reached out and scheduled a pick up from the airport which was super helpful. Our greeter Frederico met us on time and brought us wine. This was the perfect location because it was away from the chaos of the center city but close to everything. . The apartment is a small one necromancer but there are 3 beds all together. We did not have access to the roof. The kitchen is very small but we didn't cook so it didn't matter. . This is a perfect spot because of its location and you really feel like a Roman staying here. I would recommend it to anyone.

This spot was an excellent spot to be. Out the door and to so many restaurants, close to Piazzaz and many site. Mirella was so kind and available to show us the apartment and answer our questions. This rental was very nice for my husband and I to be able to spread out after a couple of days in a hotel (and needing some breathing room!) We didn't end up cooking when in Rome, but the apartment was well equiped and lovely! Thank you!

Mirella is a great host and her home is in a perfect location for sites to see, restaurants and safety. There is an elevator for your luggage so there are just a few steps to go up, which was nice. As mentioned, there is no air conditioning but she was gracious to provide us with a couple fans which was nice. Highly recommend staying here!!!
