To ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests, the following rules are strictly enforced:

No Smoking – Smoking inside the property or on the balcony is strictly prohibited. Any violation will incur a R5,000 fine.

No Parties or Events – The property is for residential use only. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Maximum Occupancy – Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay overnight (3-4 People). Exceeding this will lead to immediate cancellation of stay.

No Pets – Pets of any kind are not allowed. Bringing pets will incur a penalty fee and possible eviction.

Quiet Hours – Respect neighbors: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM is strictly quiet. Loud noise or music may result in immediate eviction.

Electricity Usage – The property is supplied with pre-loaded electricity on the meter. Once the preloaded amount is used, any additional electricity consumed will be billed to the tenant’s account. Guests are expected to use electricity responsibly.

Weekly Cleaning – Mandatory weekly cleaning is required as per the owner’s instructions, which is included in the cleaning fees

Compliance with SimpliRent Staff – Guests must follow instructions from SimpliRent team members regarding property use and safety. Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction.

Rights Reserved – All rights reserved by the property owner, including the right of admission. The owner or SimpliRent reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the stay if rules are not followed.

Damage & Cleanliness – Guests are responsible for any damage. Costs for repairs or deep cleaning will be charged directly.

Violation of any rule may result in immediate termination of the stay, loss of security deposit, or additional fines.

Third-party bookings are not permitted. The lead guest must be present for the duration of the stay.

Valid government-issued ID copies are required for all guests prior to check-in, and must match the names on the reservation.

SimpliRent reserves the right to deny access or cancel the booking without refund if unauthorised, undeclared, or third-party guests attempt to access the property.
