The Crestas ski lift is situated right next to the complex and you can ski all the way back to the front door – no car required. The property is also an ideal starting point for skiing, hiking and cycling/mountain biking. Cross-country ski trails, hiking paths and a golf course are all nearby. Casa La Schmetta 54 is a comfortable, family-friendly home (semi-detached) spread over three floors, featuring a sun terrace, a covered garden seating area and a west-facing balcony. A children’s playground is located within the complex. Pets are welcome.
