Ideal for exploring the sea, the seafront, and the wonders of the Ligurian Riviera, it’s the perfect base for an authentic and relaxing holiday.

Spacious living/dining room with double sofa bed, modern and fully equipped kitchen for family dinners, elegant bathroom with shower, spacious double bedroom for total rest, private terrace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying breakfast in the sun. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement related to your stay. For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

EASY AND AUTONOMOUS CHECK-IN

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in complete freedom, without constraints.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

• Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40

• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

️ INCLUDED COMFORTS

• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.

• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.

• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food is provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN

• We offer a cot and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years.

• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, bed linen included.

PETS WELCOME!

• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.

• Additional cost: €30 per stay.

• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

TOURIST TAX

• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.

• Children under 15 are exempt.

• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION

• We ask you to follow the rules of waste separation.

• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.

• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
