The apartment offers a lovely lake-view balcony where you can enjoy an outdoor dining area in complete peace and privacy. The residence also has a communal gardento take a stroll in or just to laze around on pleasant summer evenings.

Conveniently located within the town, an excellent local pizzeria and an Italian restaurant are just a 3-4 minute walk away, while a local bus stop and a well-stocked supermarket are a 4-minute walk away. The lively Peschiera del Garda offers a pleasant environment for tourists, with its famous tourist attractions (Porta Verona and Porta Brescia), lido beaches (Lido Pioppi), family theme parks as well as classic Lake Garda tourist attractions. Wildlife enthusiasts can also easily reach the 'Parco Natura Viva' in 14 minutes by car.

For those with children, Peschiera is the perfect base to enjoy the famous waterparks, Gardaland and Canevaland, both of which are located at a convenient 5-minutes drive away. Meanwhile, for golfers, the nearest gold club is about the same distance.
