Stayed Jul 15, 2025The property in Casa Banderas was very nice. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The balcony area was large with great views and 2 sun loungers. We had stayed in Casa Banderas before in another apartment but this time we noticed a difference in the communal areas. One of the pools were closed for the first 3 days of the holiday. The other we used was dirty, full of bugs and when raised with maintenance nothing was done and I seen several other users go in and get out in quick succession. When the other pool opened, the water was cloudy and I am not convinced fully working correctly. The street outside the complex had building work going on across the street, which we knew about before we booked. The street itself was filthy and covered with litter. It was quite off putting when waking to and from the apartment and only got worse as our stay went on. Correspondence was quite confusing too. We booked through Expedia who subbed to vbro who subbed to Home Care so when trying to find emails on access requirements etc it was very confusing using different sources of information.
