Situated just a few steps from ancient Roman Theater and the romantic Ponte Pietra, the apartment Casa al Teatro can accommodate 2 + 1 guests with one king size double bed and a large sofa bed. Both the bed and the sofa are in the same room. The apartment has a surface of 50 m2 plus 25m2 of private terrace with outside table and chairs. Independent heating system. We are also going to install an air-conditioning: it will be operational from June 2019. The bathroom is with a bidet and shower.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025Lovely apartment with character; the outdoor terrace is secluded and full of jasmine; perfect after a long day. Very clean and comfortable; perfect for a couple. About 15 min walk to old town; 40 min walk to train station. Had some issues with automated entry system but Andreas was immediately receptive. The virtual key is only automated at 3pm; if you arrive earlier be sure to contact the host. Roman amphitheatre about half a block away; funicular to top of hill about 5 min walk from apartment. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
