    A charming apartment in a wonderful location. The neighbourhood streets have grocery stores and bakeries and a pharmacy. It is steps from the train and bus stations and just around the corner from the line running to the airport. Highly recommended.

    Amazing! The owners were there to greet us with the ins and outs of the apartment when we arrived. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning was amazing! Having a washer and a place to hang clothes was so helpful before the next leg of our journey. The security of the apartment and the garage where our rental car was kept made us feel so comfortable. This apartment is so well located as well. It’s across the street from Carmen Marketplace, Día supermarket, Mamas pizza (best pizza) and many many more. Malaga beats to it’s own drum and at this apartment you are definitely in the middle of the action and feel a part of the city.

    Great location near train and bus stations, 15 minute walk to historic centre. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, restaurants and shopping nearby. owners were quick to respond to any requests. A friend was so impressed, she has booked the unit for a month next year!

    Our communication with Rafael was fantastic. He was always helpful and easily reachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.     My mother and I stayed here 2 nights and it was perfect. The apartment is clean and very central. It has a/c and the hosts were kind enough to leave us water and coffee for breakfast. It has 2 rooms with queen size beds that were very comfortable. Loved everything about this stay. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating.

    The apartment is in a non-touristy area which was a nice change from very crowded Centro. All the shops we needed were nearby and it was easy to walk to where we wanted to go.

    As part of a 7 week independent cycling vacation in Andalucia my wife and I from Calgary, Alberta, Canada were able to spend 4 nights in the gorgeous renovated apartment of hard working Premier Hosts Rafael and Marisa. We have been to Europe 24 times now and have done over 160 rentals….our evaluation reflects this very fortunate context of European travel. The apartment is in El Perchel Sur…..a historic part of centro Malaga named for its fishing heritage…..hanging fish out to dry……Perchel.. We did not see any fish drying but were privileged to see our beloved Europe at work and play. From our perch we could see the regulars at the cafe below us and a vibrant street scene with many services. We spent our time in quiet leafy upscale El Limonar barrio and the working class Huelin barrio with its superb Museo Automovilistico and Moda. After many km of walking each day we were treated to a centrally located, upscale superbly located apartment where you can walk to Calle Larios and melt a credit card shopping or have your fill of Palmas and Playas in Caleta, Malagueta or Misericordia…all within walking distance. The famous Spanish department store El Corte Ingles is minutes away on foot. Malaga’s iconic Churro shop Los Valle is right around the corner…..valued calories for the Canadian cyclists. :) Most of all the kindness, generosity and help of Rafael and Marisa were astounding. After 12 hours of flight time, 2 flights and 30 hours of no sleep they played a pivotal role in getting our missing luggage from Amsterdam to the apartment…..they are miracle workers. This apartment has it all…..modern, renovated, superb location, authentic barrio, no tourists, tons of services nearby and superb experienced hosts……a rare find in Europe holiday rentals.
