Stayed Jul 17, 2024I love the Oltrarno, and this is the perfect location. It is less than 20 minutes from everything. The management company made everything really easy! We will for sure be back!

Stayed Apr 24, 2023We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful building! Communication with the Newtopique team was prompt and polite. The apartment is in a great location to walk to the Uffizi and lots of other sights. The couches do show some wear and stains, and outlets for charging are hard to come by, but overall it was gorgeous and we found it very cozy! Everything we needed to cook basic meals was in the kitchen, too. There's a lot of traffic noise all day and night from the busy street outside, so come prepared with earplugs and a white noise app!
