Stayed Aug 9, 2025We had a fabulous stay at this apartment. It was extremely spacious for 4 adults and 2 children. The location was perfect and short walk to all the locations.When we arrived, we did not realize that a window was left open in one bedroom and unfortunately some mosquitos got in. One note when using the shared washer and dryer is that the dryer has a water tank that should be emptied out after a few cycles. We did not realize and struggled with some damp clothes. All in all, this was an amazing apartment to stay! Highly recommended!

Stayed Oct 27, 2018When I say location is great, it really is great but everything goes downhill from here. When I first walked into the place it was really humid and had a funky mildew smell. We thought it was because the apartment has been vacant for couple days due to off-peak season. The air conditioner did not function properly and only had heat coming out. As a result after a day or two we started seeing mold in the room and on the walls. The rooms are damp and not enough ventilation so having a pool in the basement made it worse. I really don’t think it’s safe to stay in this unit. There needs to be a mold remediation before opening this place to other guests.

Stayed Sep 22, 2018The location of the apartment was excellent and the building itself is very clean and new. Unfortunately, because of poor ventilation with the jacuzzi in the basement, there is a mold problem in the apartment. We found mold on the mattresses and in various areas around the apartment and the smell of mildew (and pool chemicals if we turned on the jacuzzi) was very strong. Other properties from this owner in the same building might be fine, but avoid this listing. After we checked in, I tried contacting the property managers to get moved to another property, but they did nothing to fix the situation. We had a very limited time in Florence, so we just ran the air conditioning as much as possible and tried not to stay in the building any more than necessary.

Stayed Aug 2, 2018The apartment is very nice and perfectly located, but there was a big problem with the jacuzzi as the water smelled very bad. After 5 days, we still don´t have any official answer from the owner and we have been told we will receive an answer next 25th of August (aprox. 20 days later). When you offer something must be available and in perfect conditions to be used. Even the bad smell was felt in the apartment. The lady who welcomed us was very nice and always answering our messages. The decoration inside the apartment is very nice, new furniture and good washing and drying machines (shared with other apartments). Because of this disgusting problem, I do not recommend booking this apartment.
