Carabeo Vista Mar - First Line Seaview Apartment

The location and appartement

We stayed at Carabeo Vista Mar for six nights at the end of June 2021. It was perfect: right above a cala, so we could hear the soothing sound of the sea as we had meals or if we left the windows open at night. The longer beach (Burriana) was less than five minutes away if we left the apartment to the right. And if we walked left, the shopping district, restaurants and ice cream was also less than five minutes away. The weather cooperated, too: neither too hot nor too chilly.

This apartment was excellent. The best feature was the balcony overlooking the beach. The balcony was huge. Private access to the beach which was literally 2 mins walk. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and perfectly situated for a short walk to the bars and restaurants

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for a short break in October. Everything was great, nicely furnished, spotlessly clean with all you could need. Excellent parking under the building. The view was amazing over the Carabeo beach, lovely balcony to relax on, we were even lucky enough to see dolphins! Would highly recommend.

The property was super clear. The views were gorgeous and the location amazing. Super easy for restaurants, bars, and cafes. A short walk to downtown only. 2 thumbs up

We stayed in Nerja for four days in the middle of a three week July tour of Spain. We chose it based on a recommendation from Rick Steves tour book. It was for our entire family a welcome break from the museums, churches, and castles that we saw during our vacation. I honestly only regret that we didn’t spend more time there. It was the highlight of our trip. Carabeo Beach is amazing. We had a rental car, and this was the only accommodations that provided on site parking for free. We did a kayak trip in nearby (20 minute drive) Herradura beach, which was amazing as well. We rented pedal boats with a built-in slide at nearby Burrianna beach for 13 euros an hour which Turned out to be a priceless family memory. The accommodations were fantastic, we were even able to do our mid trip laundry in the washing machine included in the unit. (No dryer, but our clothes dried quickly on the balcony using the included dryer rack, and if you really needed it there is a self-service laundromat nearby with dryers available for four euros for 30 minutes). The one caveat is this building ( and beach) has no elevator. If there is anyone in your group that could not handle walking up many flights of stairs, this would be a dealbreaker There are many eating options nearby, but no restaurant could rival the view of our balcony, so we ended up doing a combination of groceries, and take out, and ate most of our meals on the balcony. The unit included three beach chairs and an umbrella which were essential. The only equipment missing were beach towels.

Sunny Apartment with large south facing balcony , full sun all day from sunrise to sunset. Ideal location for winter sun. Well appointed apartment, larger than expected, well equipped. Both heating and aircon , ( November evenings can be cool). International TV channels added bonus.
