This first-floor condo boasts a fully screened lanai with a wet bar, providing a relaxing outdoor space. Step outside to your own dock, or enjoy the communal pool and hot tub, conveniently located just outside your door. For boating enthusiasts, a designated boat slip is available for a nominal monthly fee. Your stay includes Wi-Fi, a TV in the living room and both bedrooms with 125+ streaming channels, parking, trash pick-up, pest control, and all utilities (with an electricity usage allowance of $150).

Public transportation is readily accessible. The nearest bus stop is within a 10-minute walk, providing regular service to various locations in Cape Coral and Fort Myers. For those arriving by car, free parking is available on the premises. Major transit hubs and attractions are easily accessible by car.

Welcome! Please note check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A 4-digit access code will be provided before your arrival for easy entry. You have access to a designated covered parking space. Please remember our apartment is a non-smoking property and we do not allow pets. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially during evening hours. Our minimum age requirement for the primary reserving guest is 24 years old, but guests of all ages are welcome. Enjoy your stay!
