Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key handover. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this.
