Camélia's Apartment II is a stylish 3-bedroom apartment in Funchal, ideal for families or groups, with a maximum capacity of 6 guests. The apartment features two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms (showers) and balconies overlooking the garden. The third bedroom has two single beds and a balcony. The spacious, bright living and dining rooms share a balcony with garden views, perfect for relaxation and socialising.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a laundry area and pantry. The property also offers a parking space, elevator, and access to a shared swimming pool, golf course, and playground, providing leisure, comfort, and convenience.

Located in a prime residential area of Funchal, the apartment is close to beaches, shops, restaurants, public transport, and main roads, combining tranquillity, centrality, and quality of life.

Set in a valued residential area, Camélia's Apartment II offers a shared swimming pool, green spaces, golf course, and leisure areas. It is close to shops, services, restaurants, and transport, providing comfortable urban living in a calm environment.

GETTING AROUND

The best option to reach the apartment is by transfer (ask to book with local partners for a better rate than airport taxis). If renting a car, navigation apps can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY

Guests have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION

The team is always available to help or answer questions and provides an app with important information about the property and your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS

- All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours before arrival).
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request.
- The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket.

ATTENTION

A Municipal Tourist Tax of €2 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14 per person), will be charged. A payment link will be sent before arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
