My apartment is a small 320 sq. ft unit in a safe and peaceful location, walking distance from CSU. Not located directly Downtown but literally minutes away from Downtown Cleveland’s best attractions and the Cleveland Clinic! In the unit there is a California King bed and black adjustable futon that converts into a bed. There’s an onsite store/restaurant “CURRENTLY OUT OF SERVICE, UNFORTUNATELY”, laundry room, small conference room, as well as an entertainment room with a pool table and a small gym. Come and experience a relaxed and comfortable stay.
The space
The property itself is typically on the quiet side. Mostly occupied by students and professionals. The unit is a tiny and cozy space to relax and unwind.
Guest access
Parking is free for one car with the provided parking pass. Don’t want to get stuck in traffic Public transportation is steps away to get you where you want to go. A bus stop is located right outside the building (The health line). Also there are typically scooters and bikes around or nearby the apartment that you can pay for to get around Downtown. A key fob will be provided to enter and exit the premises and a passcode will be provided to enter the apartment unit. Check in is anytime after 3pm and check out is at 11am.
