Apartment is located near the narrowest street of Venice ( only 52 cm) very well known attraction in the city and is offered to spend a few days in the most beautiful city in the world. It is 60 sqm furnished with style, where they are offered all the comforts that a hotel can give, but without sacrificing the intimacy and comfort that only a house can offer. The newly built structure is equipped with all the comforts and is sanitized according to the procedures provided by law.
The apartment is located 3 minutes from the Fondamenta Nove stop, a few minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco.
The lively Cannaregio district is known for its 16th century Jewish ghetto. The Strada Nova is a famous local shopping street, while the narrow streets are a destination for lovers of crafts and vintage products. Informal restaurants and bars on the canal line the nearby Fondamenta della Misericordia and Fondamenta dei Ormesini, while the sumptuous Palazzo Ca' d'Oro displays a collection of Renaissance art.
Good size for the city.
Clean and comfortable property close to Fte Nove. Easy walk to all sites. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

This small but comfortable apartment is down a narrow street in a local neighborhood close to Fondamente Nove. Perfect for couple with or without a child. Although off the beaten track, it’s easy to access the rest of the city. Good air conditioner made it even more comfortable.
It is in a great location and the apartment was very clean and easy to check in. Owner was very responsive and bed was very comfortable. The only downside is lack of sound proofing - we could hear the upstairs neighbors on our first night as if they were in our flat. Luckily earplugs (that owners left behind) did the trick.
We were in Venice 2 nights in August. We found this apartment clean, comfortable and quiet. We may have benefited from the August holidays but really enjoyed this quiet respite away from the busyness of touristy Venice. Plenty of places to eat within a short walking distance and close enough to Piazza San Marco and Ponte Rialto. Also within a short distance from the ferry stop for the airport and Murano/Burano. Best yet was it’s proximity to the narrowest street in Venice which meant we were close to home.
The place was clean and well furnished though a little under stocked. The problem was the washing machine was broken hence 4 stars instead of 5.
Very comfortable, modern and clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood near good restaurants and a delicious bakery. Had some logistical challenges during our stay and the owner was very accommodating.
This was a perfect place for my family to stay. Our sons, ages 21 and 18, had their own room with twin bunk beds, and my wife and i had our own room. It got very hot while we were there, so we were thankful we had air conditioning in our place. This place is close to the Alilaguna taxi from the airport, but far enough from St. Mark's Square so you don't feel like part of the tourist shuffle. Great restaurants are all around you and the hosts are quick to reply to any questions you may have. I strongly recommend this place.
Perfect place to stay for us and our two teenagers. Clean, comfortable beds and quiet location away from all the crowds. Easy to walk everywhere. Would recommend!
Neat and tidy apartment in the heart of Venice.
We really enjoyed this place. Appeared to be recently renovated. Directions where a little confusing to find it, especially in the evening when it's dark out. Google maps kept sending us to the opposite side of the building. Using Google maps to find the narrowest street in venice made it much easier to find it. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.
We loved our time in this apartment. A beautiful part of Venice right beside the narrowest street, a perfect host and well equipped. The photos don't do it justice...it's amazing.
Spotlessly clean and newly renovated interior in a beautiful old building down a storybook narrow, winding calle. The apartment had all that we needed -- except a cheese grater ;) -- and was very comfortable. Plus a powerful enough internet connection for a necessary zoom meeting and a seamless late-night arrival. Such a magical and quiet neighborhood to wander, especially early each morning. One note: if you happen to have visitors above you (also a rental) who are heavy heal walkers (or, in our case, run a CPAP each night) you will hear it, so perhaps prepare with ear plugs or white noise.
The apartment is exactly as the pictures showed. Marco, the host, was very responsive when we reached out to him. The apartment was very clean, well equipped with whatever you could need. Our only issue was the complete lack of sound insulation with the apartment upstairs - the neighbours were up until 1am and 4am on both our nights. This neighbours are not the hosts responsibility but this would be our only complaint.
Marco was incredibly responsive and helpful in telling us how to get to/from the main train station to the apartment, and local restaurants. We loved that we were close to every major place in Venice. It's also close to the nearest ferry stop so it only took us 4 minutes to walk from the stop to our apartment.
The flat couldnt have been more comfortable and the location couldnt have been better; 5 min walk from the water taxi from the airport, very close to everything, but a quiet, beautiful location, that seemed far from the well trodden paths of tourists.
Lovely apartment in a great location and a quiet neighbourhood was great visiting with family. Communication with Marco was great and easy to access apartment and use as a base to explore this beautiful city.
