This property is located in the locality of 'Reis Magos', just a fifteen-minute drive from the centre of Funchal and ten minutes from the airport. Situated in a quiet area, it is ideal for those who want to stay close to the city without being in the midst of its hustle and bustle.

The property features one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, and a complete bathroom, accommodating up to 6 people.

AREA
'Reis Magos'is known for its tranquility and beautiful promenade, which is just 500 meters from the building—perfect for walks or beach days. Nearby, you'll find several bars and restaurants offering local and international cuisine. The centre of Caniço is a five-minute drive away, where you’ll find more restaurants, a pharmacy, and a shopping centre with a supermarket.

GETTING AROUND
The best way to reach the apartment is by transfer, which we can arrange with our local partners at a lower cost than airport taxis. If you rent a car, navigation apps will easily guide you. There are also bus stops nearby for trips to Funchal.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Guests have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions and provide an app with important information about the property and your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours before arrival).
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath are available on request.
- The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket.

ATTENTION
A Municipal Tourist Ecotax of €2 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14 per person), will be charged. You will receive a payment link before arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
