BVG Marina 1004S Luxury Oceanfront Condo 2BR/2BA Direct Beach Acces

We have stayed at the Bayview Grand Mariana many times and love it. The thing which impressed us about this trip is we had problems with the hot water. The management was notified and in less than 24 hours the hot water heater was replaced. We appreciate the quick response. THE TRIP WAS GREAT - Thank you.

The pictures here do NOT do it justice! The view from living area out to the ocean is outstanding! And great chairs on balcony just to sit and stare out at water, especially at dawn. Rest of property is good. Nice, firm beds... numerous towels....most utensils, plates and silverware are there to use. Washer and dryer in facility is big help. The pool/beach towels are numerous and outstanding. Our contact for the facility....Axel, is excellent. Might be the best we've ever seen for a VRBO property! Freely gave his cell phone and is always there to respond in time of need. And again, something we've never seen....Axel was THERE to greet us....walk us into the property and spent a lot of time walking around from room to room showing us how everything operates! What a breath of fresh air when one is nervous and not sure how to operate everything on a new property! A WORD OF CAUTION (And this is not Axel's....or the owner's fault): If staying on the beach or at the pool is really important for you....then you've got work to do! At least during the winter months when the complex is near full, you are gonna have to fight for seats by the water! There is a LOT down there, but just not enough. Set your wake-up alarm! I saw people with flashlights grabbing the beach huts at 2:30am! Pool chairs need to be grabbed around 6:30. By 7:00...a majority of them are GONE! And although signs say you cannot save, it is nearly impossible to monitor. They literally grab their chairs/lounges and guard/sleep there in early morning hours. Oh yeah....and if you happen to grab one of the regulars chairs, look out! One group of people moved our towels when we went a few steps away for breakfast. Winter regulars sometimes not nice....ugh. Puts a damp on the visit....but still a place I would return to!

Very spacious 2 bedroom with great view Axel was very responsive and great to work with. Would definitely stay at this apartment again.

First, the condo was clean and we felt safe on the property. The condo itself needs much attention. The kitchen items for cooking, serving, utensil, dishes, etc. is very cheap. There were no salt or pepper shakers--no sugar, and the coffee pot was old and made poor coffee. There were exactly 6 towels--nothing additional so washing had to be done during the week. In comparison to other 2 bedroom units, the fee charged for the unit and its amenities is too high. I would not recommend this unit to anyone. Axel was helpful. However, we requested an additional key for the other couple staying with us and he did not find one for us. Please let me know when I will receive my security deposit. Thank you--Alice Woog

The condo was wonderful, it was very clean, well maintained and had a nice layout. This was our first experience in a condo (have always done AI) and it exceeded all our expectations. The view is amazing and the restaurant is handy and had good food. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen had everything you need. Would highly recommend and I’m sure we will be back.

Had a wonderful time at your condo. It is clean, well appointed & has a beautiful view. Loved sitting on the balcony & listening to the ocean.
