Unit 1093 at Swell Resort has that easy Burleigh feel that people come here for. It’s bright, open, and has a relaxed style that doesn’t try too hard. Soft tones, natural light, and a layout that just makes sense. You walk in and it feels like you can slow down a little.

The living area is roomy, with a comfy lounge and sliding doors that take you out to the balcony. It’s a good spot to read, scroll, eat, or just stare at the sky for a bit. The kitchen is simple but set up properly, so you can cook if you want to or just keep snacks and coffee on hand. No stress.

The bedroom keeps that same calm feel. Fresh linen, proper storage, and enough space to move around without bumping into things. The bathroom is clean with a good shower and plenty of light, nothing fussy.

Swell Resort itself is well-kept and smooth to stay in. The pool is generous, the spa is warm, and there’s a gym and tennis court if you feel like doing something active without leaving the property. It has that holiday vibe but in a quiet, grown-up way.

The location is one of the best parts. You’re close to the beach, cafes, and the headland for afternoon walks. You don’t need a car to get around, but if you have one, parking is easy. Mornings are slow here. Evenings are warm. You can go out for a drink, grab gelato, walk home, and not deal with crowds.

This apartment suits someone who likes things tidy, calm, and practical. A place where you can relax, sleep well, and feel at home.
