Burleigh Beachfront - Best Location on the Coast

This property is in the PERFECT location! The units are a little older, but updated enough and huge!

Our annual 2 week holiday at beautiful Burleigh Heads was ruined by 24hours per day 7 days a week construction noise (jack hammering, concrete cutting, construction machinery revving and beeping, pile drilling works, etc) adjacent to the apartment, associated with a light rail project and new adjacent apartment block. The apartment was comfortable, clean and tidy with partial beach view. The bed pillows were extremely soft for us and due to the adjacent noise the windows and doors had to be kept closed. The ceilng fan in bedroom 2 did not operate on slow speed and had a very noisy hum when operated. PRIOR TO OUR STAY WE WERE NEVER WARNED OR ADVISED OF THE 24/7 VERY INTRUSIVE NOISE ADJACENT TO THE APARTMENT,

Great location, central to everything! The unit was perfect in size for us as we were able to have our own room, views were spectacular and location ideal. Great walking trails, close to fabulous food, shopping and coffee. Bus stop across the road as we didn’t have or need a car. The unit was spacious and clean generally but floors, lounge and cupboards could use a bit more attention eg sand dirt on floors and lounges ,sticky spills on front of cupboards in kitchen- just minor stuff.The only issue was the 24/7 tram extension work that was happening during the week of our stay made sleeping difficult. Not in the control of the stayz accommodation but would have been nice to have been informed prior to our stay.Would definitely stay again!

We loved the convenience of the location and having amenities such as the laundry in the unit and the well equipped kitchen. The building and unit are not super new or updated but everything was clean and well maintained. The only negative was the lack of warning about a maintenance person needing to spray the door which smelled quite toxic and interrupted the stay, and the garage being cleaned meaning we had no access for a day.

Had a great stay for our family of 5. Great spot just across the road from the beach at Burleigh heads, surf club and Pavilion. Big apartment to relax after a day of beach or theme parks.

We had a great stay, the apartment was clean and very spacious and the location was perfect, right across the road from the beach and just a few minutes walk to the beach. We also made good use of the pool & sauna facilities. Would definitely stay again!

Location is outstanding! The apartment was large and had everything we needed. The Aircon in the kids room was unbearable (loud thumping sound) and the sheets on the bed under the aircon hadn't been changed, Otherwise an absolute GEM!! The pool and spa were very clean and well maintained.

The location was great and the rooms comfortable and clean. Enough room for 6 adults and good facilities.

Large, spacious apartment in a complex that includes a heated pool and indoor spa, as well as mod grass tennis court. We used all these facilities apart from a sauna. All were great, pool heated nicely to 25/27 degrees which was a good temperature and easy to get into. No problems accessing tennis court, we appeared to be the only ones. Location excellent, opposite beach and so close to shops. Mostly well supplied, though did need to buy loo paper (1 roll supplied per loo) chux, salt and pepper, though did have other amenities like plenty of soap. Beds were too firm for our liking but might suit others’ tastes.

This is a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment with spectacular views north along the beach and located right next to the shopping area. Easy walking everywhere you need to go, as well as local walks around the headland and along the beach. Detailed communications with the owners, very happy with our stay.
